Wayne Cooper, MBE 2007 is now teaching a Bioethics course at the University of Texas at Tyler
and "Philosophy of Medicine" at the University of Texas at Dallas.  He is also a member of the Ethics Committee of the University of Texas Health Center at Tyler.
